1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rederel Remote Desktop Relay platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rederel provides remote access software and relay infrastructure allowing users to control computers remotely over the internet. We facilitate the connection but do not monitor the content of your sessions. We monitor and use technical logs, as required for security and billing.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (Strict)

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Accessing computers without the owner's explicit permission (Hacking/RATing).
• Providing technical support scams.
• Distributing malware or viruses.
• Any illegal activity defined by the laws of Luxembourg and your local jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately and without refund if malicious activity is suspected.

4. Payment and Credits

The Service operates on a pre-paid Credit system.

• Credits are deducted based on connection time (per minute).
• Purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Rederel is not liable for any data loss, unauthorized access resulting from weak user passwords, or business interruption caused by the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg.
